A deposit of 50% will confirm your reservation.

Cancellation: Your deposit, less $50 per room booked, will be refunded if cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to arrival. After that, no refund is possible for non-arrival or early departure, unless we are able to re-book the space. Due to the extended length of stay for "Home to Yourself" bookings, cancellations made 30+ days prior to arrival date are subject to a 20% booking charge based on the length of scheduled stay. You are welcome to send someone else in your place.
